SaveIRGC official says US suffered heavy defeat against Iranian resistance
Brigadier General Yadollah Javani, Deputy Commander for Political Affairs of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has stated that the enemy wrongly assumed that the martyrdom of Ayatollah Khamenei would lead to the collapse of the Islamic Establishment. He emphasized that the enemy entered the war against Iran with the imagination that it could collapse and disintegrate the Islamic Republic of Iran, but its malicious objectives were doomed to failure.
General Javani reiterated that the noble nation of Islamic Iran has attained a strategic victory in the war against the United States. He explained that at the onset of the war, the enemy imagined that through a lightning offensive and high-intensity warfare, it could topple the Islamic Republic, cripple its defense and security structures, fragment Iran, and impose its own domination over the country. However, the enemy made a big mistake in its calculations, he underlined.
The IRGC official's remarks underscore Iran's position that it has successfully withstood external pressure and military aggression. The statement reflects the official view that the enemy's objectives were not achieved and that Iran emerged stronger from the confrontation.
According to Mehr News, Brigadier General Javani's comments were made in the context of the US-Israeli aggression on Iran, highlighting the resilience of the Iranian nation and its leadership.
