General Abdollahi: Rezaei's SNSC Role to Boost Strategic Coordination

In a message to Mohsen Rezaei, the newly appointed secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) and the Leader's representative to the council, General Abdollahi, commander of the Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters, expressed confidence that Rezaei's presence would enhance strategic coordination across the country's security and policy domains.

General Abdollahi stated that amid a "combined imposed war" and wide-ranging US-Israeli threats against Iran, Rezaei's role at the SNSC could strengthen strategic coordination between the field and diplomacy. "Your presence in the Supreme National Security Council can transform strategic coordination between the field and diplomacy, as well as economic and political security, with an approach centered on resistance and hopeful governance," the general said.

He also declared the full readiness of the Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters and the General Staff of the Armed Forces to cooperate within the framework of the SNSC's responsibilities and in line with the directives of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei.

The remarks come as Iran faces heightened tensions with the United States and Israel, with officials emphasizing the need for unified decision-making. The SNSC is a key body for coordinating national security policies.

According to Mehr News Agency, the message underscores the military's support for the new SNSC leadership and its commitment to collaborative security efforts.
