Qalibaf is scheduled to deliver a speech at the conference, which brings together heads of parliaments and delegations from Islamic countries. Before departing Tehran, Qalibaf stated that the summit provides an important platform for Iran to explain the events of the past year, particularly the Ramadan War and its regional repercussions, to fellow Muslim legislators.

The PUIC conference aims to enhance parliamentary cooperation among member states and address issues of mutual concern. According to Mehr News Agency, the visit underscores Iran's active engagement in regional diplomatic forums.
