Israeli Security Cabinet Authorizes Attack on Beirut Over Rocket Fire from Lebanon

The Israeli regime's security cabinet approved in its meeting on Tuesday a decision to attack Beirut if a rocket is fired from inside Lebanon into the occupied Palestinian territories, even without reaching a political agreement. This was reported by Al Jazeera.

The decision comes in continued violation of the US-brokered ceasefire, which is breached daily. Israel violates the ceasefire by carrying out operations inside Lebanon, including assassinations and causing destruction. In response, Hezbollah has targeted Zionist soldiers both inside and outside Lebanon.

This decision by the Zionist regime was made after Iran warned that the Iranian armed forces will respond to any attack on Beirut and southern Lebanon, as Lebanon is part of the ceasefire between Tehran and Washington.

The move escalates tensions in the region, with potential for broader conflict. According to Mehr News Agency, the decision reflects ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement and raises concerns about further instability.
