Iran warns it cannot tolerate ceasefire violations

In a post on social media on Sunday, Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr, the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), emphasized the unity between military power and diplomatic apparatuses. He stated that the response of Islam's warriors is ahead, in an apparent reference to the Israeli regime's aggression on Dahiyeh of Beirut, Lebanon earlier on Sunday. "Lebanon is our life and crossing Iran's red lines cannot be tolerated," the SNSC secretary stressed. He declared that Iran will keep its promises. According to Mehr News, Zolghadr's remarks come amid heightened tensions following the Israeli attack on the southern suburbs of Beirut, a stronghold of Hezbollah. The statement underscores Iran's commitment to its allies and its readiness to respond to any violations of ceasefire agreements.
