IRGC spokesman says Iran has plans for every US plot

In comments published on Sunday, the spokesman for Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), General Mohebbi, addressed the United States' economic pressure on Iran. He said that the US President has admitted to ordering an economic war against Iran, which he described as a tacit admission of the enemy's shameful defeat in the military arena.

General Mohebbi argued that if the US had won militarily, it would not have resorted to economic warfare. He noted that the US has been waging an economic war against Iran for 47 years, imposing sanctions on all sectors of the Iranian economy. He stated that the enemy's current job is only to raise awareness and strengthen faith among the Iranian people.

He emphasized that Iran has repeatedly announced it has a scenario for every hostile action by the enemy. Regarding economic war, he said Iran has a plan to repel its adverse effects and easily establish economic relations with other countries. He expressed confidence in the economic field, stating there is no concern.

General Mohebbi added that Iran has economic interactions in close proximity to America, bypassing the US, and predicted that the results will be seen in the near future. The comments were reported by Mehr News Agency (MNA).
