Iran Army Says New Missiles and Drones Produced Daily, to Be Unveiled at Proper Time

Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia, the spokesman for Iran's army, said that new defensive and offensive equipment, including missiles and drones, was produced daily during what he described as the Ramadan imposed war and that production continues today. He said a large reserve of this equipment is now in the possession of the forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army.

The spokesman stated that the new defensive and offensive equipment will be introduced at the appropriate time. He did not specify a date or provide further details about the systems involved.

According to Mehr News, the remarks were reported by the agency, which identified Akraminia by his rank and position as the army's spokesman. The report did not elaborate on the types of missiles or drones referenced, nor on the scale of the reserve described.

The statement comes amid ongoing attention to Iran's military production and capabilities. Iranian officials have periodically announced advances in domestically produced defense equipment, including missile and drone systems.

The report by Mehr News added that Akraminia made the comments in his capacity as the army's spokesman, without providing additional context on the timing or circumstances of the announcement.
