International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi welcomed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between Iran and the United States. Speaking to reporters in Geneva, Grossi stated, "It is good that the memorandum is there. Now the technical work starts." He expressed his intention to participate in the talks between Iran and the US following the signing of the MoU. Grossi added, "Now it is for us to sit down with our American and Iranian colleagues and start formulating concrete steps that will have to be taken." Notably, Grossi did not condemn the aggression by the US and the Zionist regime against Iran's nuclear facilities, despite Iran being a country that complies with the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). According to Mehr News Agency, the IAEA chief's remarks came after the signing of the MoU, which aims to address outstanding issues related to Iran's nuclear program.
