Iran Army Commander Accuses Enemy of Violating Ceasefire

In a message released on Monday, Brigadier General Amir Hatami, a commander in the Iranian Army, accused the enemy of violating a ceasefire agreement. He emphasized that the enemy has once again shown it cannot be trusted to uphold a ceasefire or honor any agreement, violating the ceasefire even as a mediator was present in Iran.

Hatami praised the Iranian people for their remarkable presence in the streets, stating that it has strengthened the morale of the country's fighters and breathed new life into the ranks of the armed forces. He noted that the soldiers on the front lines are prepared to defend the homeland, fighting to their last breath and making the ultimate sacrifice for Iran's dignity, independence, and sovereignty.

The commander highlighted that the hundred days of resistance and steadfastness reflect the will of the nation, the unity of a strong and cohesive Iran, and the heights of resilience the people have reached. He said this sends a clear message of solidarity and national unity under the leadership of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, and stands as Iran's firm response to adversaries who have sought to undermine the country's independence, territorial integrity, and the security and dignity of its people.

Hatami declared that with the support of the Iranian people, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran once again declares its full readiness. He warned that the US bears responsibility for the Israeli regime's aggression and added that should the enemy repeat its hostile actions, Iran's response will be even stronger. According to Mehr News, the statement underscores ongoing tensions and Iran's stance on the ceasefire violations.
