Iran Deputy FM Warns US of Firm Retaliation Against Aggression

Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for International Affairs, Kazem Gharibabadi, has issued a stern warning to the United States, stating that any aggression against Iran will be met with a firm and decisive response. In a statement reported by Mehr News, Gharibabadi emphasized that Iran's armed forces are actively carrying out their defensive duties and will respond decisively to any aggressive acts committed by the American regime.

"Our armed forces will respond decisively to the aggressive acts committed by the American regime," Gharibabadi stated. He added that Iran will not leave any aggression or action against the Iranian nation unanswered, and will deliver crushing blows in response. The deputy foreign minister directly addressed Washington, asserting that the U.S. administration should recognize the futility of this escalatory path.

"The American regime and its president must know that this is a path they have traveled before, only to meet with failure," Gharibabadi said. He concluded by asserting that Iran has previously dealt severe blows to its adversaries, stating, "We have previously inflicted heavy defeats on both the United States and the Zionist regime."

The remarks come amid heightened tensions between Iran and the United States, with ongoing disputes over nuclear issues and regional policies. According to Mehr News, Gharibabadi's comments reflect Iran's stance on defending its sovereignty and national security against any foreign aggression.
