Iran's Leader warns any repeat of US aggression will bring a broader response

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei issued a message on Aban 13, corresponding to November 4, addressing the confrontation between Iran and the United States and the regional developments connected to it. In the message, he stated that the myth of US invincibility has been shattered by developments in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.

The Leader said November 4 is no longer the only day of resistance, adding that every day has now become a day of struggle. He warned that any repetition of US aggression will lead to a much broader response from Iran across the region. He also said that the efforts of the resistance front and Iran, through strength and unity, are paving the way for a new world order.

Ayatollah Khamenei addressed those who believe concessions to Washington can end its hostility toward the Iranian nation, saying they are mistaken. He further stated that US power and influence are in irreversible decline, both in military strength and in international soft power. He described the destruction of US military bases as a jihad against global arrogance on a regional scale, and said the only way to achieve absolute deterrence is to pursue a strategy of an ever-stronger Iran through progress.

The Leader also referred to history, saying the United States staged the 1953 coup in order to continue plundering Iran's national wealth and resources, particularly its oil. The message was reported by Mehr News, which noted that the item was being updated.
